Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains how QuickShine LLC (“QuickShine,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, the MyAir vehicle cabin-air funnel, reservation and payment experience, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, company, business email, phone number, industry, approximate fleet size, service address, city and ZIP code; vehicle year, make, and model; requested service date and time; notes; contact consent; and answers, scores, or categories from the MyAir quiz. We may also assign lead and session identifiers and record reservation, payment, and service status.
Information collected automatically
When applicable, we and our providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring or landing pages, event timestamps, and interactions with the funnel. We also collect campaign information such as UTM parameters and Meta advertising attribution, including fbclid, fbc, and fbp.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. QuickShine receives information about the transaction, including payment status and Stripe Checkout Session identifiers. QuickShine does not intentionally collect or store complete card numbers or CVC values through its own application.
2. How we use information
We use information to process reservation requests; prepare for and provide services; contact you about requested appointments; verify and record payments; provide customer support; measure advertising and funnel performance; improve the site and service; detect fraud, misuse, or security issues; maintain business records; resolve disputes; and meet applicable legal and business obligations.
3. Service providers and other parties
We disclose information when reasonably needed to operate our business and provide the service, including to:
- Stripe for payment processing and transaction management;
- Meta for advertising measurement through Meta Pixel;
- Google for Apps Script and Sheets-based reservation persistence;
- Vercel for website hosting;
- Railway for backend hosting; and
- Supabase for Atmos and customer-portal database, authentication, and assessment-file storage.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction. Sharing is limited to legitimate business, service-provider, security, and legal purposes; this does not mean information is never shared.
4. Meta Pixel and advertising technology
We use Meta Pixel. PageView, ViewContent, Lead, Purchase-type, or similar events may be sent to Meta as you use the funnel or complete relevant steps. These events may involve device and browser data, page information, advertising identifiers, and cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. This helps QuickShine measure and improve advertising campaigns. Information Meta receives is handled under Meta’s own practices and should not be assumed to be anonymous.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The site and its providers may use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage to maintain funnel and portal authentication sessions, reduce duplicate submissions, preserve attribution, support checkout, and measure site activity. Meta-related cookies such as _fbp or _fbc may be used when applicable. Browser controls may let you clear or restrict these technologies, but doing so can affect site features or attribution.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, security, and legal obligations.
7. Security
QuickShine and its providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service. No transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. You may contact QuickShine to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or with another privacy question. We will evaluate requests in light of applicable law and may need to verify the requester’s identity. Transactional messages are used to handle reservations, payments, appointments, and service; contact us if you have questions about those communications.
9. Indiana and U.S. privacy
QuickShine operates in Indiana. Privacy rights and obligations vary by state and jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to make a definitive statement that every state privacy law applies to QuickShine or to limit rights that apply under law.
10. Children’s privacy
The MyAir service is not directed to children under 13, and QuickShine does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through this service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date.
